GENERAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATION

You have to sign a contract and return with a copy of the transfer for the downpayment, the rental confirmation you'll receive after 10 days.

PAYMENT *

1. 30% the day when you sign the contract

2. 20% between 3 & 4 months before your arrival

3. 20% 30 days before the arrival

4. 30% (balance) the arrival day in cash or by banktransfer 10 days before the arrival

* SOME VILLAS HAVE OTHER TERMS:

50% for the reservation & 50% 30 days fore the arrival

Attention : If the payments are delay, the rental could be canceled.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

To pay the damage deposit you have 2 possibilities:

-In cash with the balance when you get the keys

- By banktransfer, 2 weeks before the arrival.

The entrance could be refused, if you don't pay the damage deposit.

The damage deposit will be refunded the departure day after taking into account any damages or breakages, or any other unpaid costs (telephon-units, extra cleaning hours etc.)

PENALITY OF CANCELATION 

• More than 45 days before the arrival: 30%.

• Between 45 and 30 days before the arrival: 50%

• Less than 30 days: the total amount

 CAPACITY

If you want to stay with more people as written in the contract you may risc, that the people are not allowed to go in, or an extra fee has to be paid

ACCOMODATION

The property should be left in the same situation you went in, if not: 150 Euros of you damage deposit could be kept.

RISC

Either the agency nor the owner could be responsable for a temporaly irrigation of electricity or/and water, also of constructions, strikes, ect .

Water is scare and valuable.

The rubbish has to be rewfused in the containers.

The most of our properties are in ressidential areas, therefore: Don't make noise after 11pm.
