located at the top of Seghers - one of the most exclusive parts of
Estepona to stay. The house is set in the middle of 2,500 meters of
fantastic gardens and overlooks its beautiful swimming pool. The
master bedroom boasts a Jacuzzi and the lounge has an open wood fire
for the winter months. The house commands spectacular views across the
sea to Gibraltar and the mountains in Africa. The terrace, with its
views, makes for a great place to dine outside. It is in a very quiet
location and is most definitely a great place to relax in peace and
total comfort. There are sun loungers around the pool plus a seating
area next to the barbqueue area. The gardens are fairly large and are
well worth a walk about. The beaches are about a 10 minute walk down
the hill with Estepona Port a further 10 minutes walk from here. This
villa is always popular so early booking is recommended. The villa is
located in Seghers - this area is renowned as being one of the most
beautiful and exclusive areas of Estepona. The surrounding houses and
neighbourhood are kept to a high standard and the area is very quiet.
Seghers is on a hill side so although the beaches and the shopping
centres are not too far away you will find the walk back a little
steep! The nearest beach (and probably the best in Estepona) is about
20 minutes walk. The port of Estepona is about the same distance. Many
bars, restaurants and most of the night life are to be found in the
port. The centre of the old town is a further 15 minutes walk along
the landscaped seafront of Estepona town. There are open fields behind
the villa which make for a great place to go walking or to take your
dog. Pets are welcome.
